    This project will include the rehabilitation of two welded steel ground storage tanks at the City of White Oak Water Treatment Plant, including one 1.0-MG tank and one 0.5-MG tank. Work includes but is not limited to the full removal and replacement of the interior and exterior coating systems, installation of a new roof vent and roof manway, and steel repairs to patch holes in the tank roof. Both tanks are leaking along the floor-to-wall weld seam; the Contractor shall identify areas of damaged steel and repair the welds and/or replace steel as necessary to restore watertightness.
