Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. No RFQ/RFP Deposit Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: December 18, 2025 at 3:30 PM. A third Pre-Proposal Meeting has been scheduled for January 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM . Meet at Northeast Elementary School, main lobby, located at 82 Scofieldtown Rd, Stamford, CT 06903. Please note that attendance at a Pre-Proposal meeting is no longer mandatory to submit a proposal.
