The following minimum qualifications are desired:• Minimum of ten (10) full years of experience in similar work.• Work experience with Cities, Counties, or local government agencies.• Current or previous contract services amount to greater than $50,000 annually.• Adequate staffing and resources to perform multiple maintenance tasks concurrently and at various City sites.• Qualified supervisory and field personnel with proven experience in tasks listed in this RFP.• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance or repair requests within specified time frames.
