The City of Agoura Hills ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive tree maintenance services for the City's Community Forest. Services include the routine maintenance, pruning, removal, and replacement of trees as needed, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory of the City's tree assets. The City's Community Forest consists of approximately 5,795 street and park tree sites.The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified contractor capable of providing high-quality, professional tree care services that preserve the health, safety, and appearance of the City's Community Forest. The selected firm will work collaboratively with City staff to ensure all services are performed efficiently, in accordance with industry best practices, and to the satisfaction of the City.The term of this Agreement begin on September 1, 2026, and expire on June 30, 2029, unless terminated earlier by the City for the Contractor’s default or unsatisfactory performance.The City may, at its option, and with the approval of the Contractor, extend the period of the Agreement for an additional one two-year term. The Contractor will be notified in writing of the City’s intention to extend the contract period at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the Agreement.
