    Description

    The selected consultant(s) shall provide comprehensive professional services to evaluate the City’s current and future Civic Center facility needs and develop a long-term strategic framework. The scope is intended to produce a data-driven analysis of existing conditions, future space requirements, financial implications, and a range of facility alternatives.

     

    Alternatives may include continued investment in the existing facility, renovation or expansion options, reconfiguration or consolidation strategies, and, if warranted, the potential development of a new or a reconfigured Civic Center campus.

     

    Work efforts shall integrate technical analysis, financial evaluation, and conceptual planning to ensure a holistic assessment of options. The consultant(s) will be expected to coordinate closely with City staff, incorporate prior planning efforts where applicable, and present clear, actionable findings to support City Council decision-making.
