    The State University of New York at Cortland will receive sealed bids for project number 20230057 titled Clark Hall Roof Replacement, until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 28, 2026, at the Facilities Planning, Design and Construction Office, Whitaker Hall, room 219, Cortland NY 13045, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of removal of the existing roofing systems on the SUNY Cortland Clark Hall building, 8 stories above ground level, including reroofing the penthouse. Work includes the removal of existing coping and lightning protection. Reroofing will include new tapered insulation, vapor barrier, wood blocking, ballasted guard rail system, and new lightning protection system. Provide temporary support for existing mechanical equipment and piping located on the roof. Drawings indicate requirements for a coordinated effort with a future project for mechanical upgrades. The estimated budget is $420,000. Substantial completion on this Contract is to be completed by December 31, 2026.
