The Contractor will assist NYSERDA in designing and implementing cohort strategy and curriculum, as well as disseminating findings statewide to spur wide-spread adoption of the cohort topic. Up to $3,750,000 of NYSERDA funding is available through this solicitation. The contract term is anticipated to be five (5) years. If changes are made to this solicitation notification will be posted on NYSERDA’s website at: www.nyserda.ny.gov/funding-opportunities Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences: Proposers must be available to start work by the proposed starting date of June 15, 2026, and must be able to attend a minimum of two (2) meetings per cohort within New York State. Eligibility Eligible proposers include non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, academic institutions, government agencies, and research institutes, as well as teaming arrangements composed of a combination thereof. Cities, Counties, Towns and Villages are not eligible to apply. Experienced Team Proposers must clearly demonstrate their ability to provide the necessary technical expertise and support described in this solicitation. The selected Contractor will provide NYSERDA with a dedicated team of high-level professionals who will support the CEC Cohort Track. Dedicated Personnel Proposers must identify one qualified full-time (37.5 hours/week) team member who will be responsible for leading the work in this solicitation and serving as the main point of contact for NYSERDA. Proposers are encouraged to identify a secondary point of contact in the event the primary point of contact is unavailable. Proposers must identify additional personnel who will support the main point of contact. The identified personnel should have previous experience in the types of services requested under this solicitation. Should the Contractor’s main point of contact leave or change positions after contract execution, NYSERDA reserves the right to approve changes to the staffing plan.
