The Scope of Work would be constructed in one phase and consist of: Remodel of approximately 9,500 square feet of existing enclosed administration area, including: Reconfiguration of spaces; Renovation of the mechanical and plumbing systems; Renovation of the electrical systems. The budget for the construction is approximately $750,000. CCTS will work with the selected CM/GC to finalize Design Development and Construction Documents between now and the end of April 2014. Construction has been scheduled to begin May 15, 2014, with substantial completion by the middle of November, 2014. The selected firm will be asked to negotiate a contract with Clear Creek County for the remainder of the Design Phase through Construction Phase Services.
