    We are seeking  self-performing clearing contractors for a 21-acre project in North Harris County for a future residential project. To ensure project efficiency, we are looking to contract directly with the firm performing the work (no brokers or multi-tier subcontracting).

    Scope of Work:

    • Full clearing and grubbing to a depth of 2 feet and one inch root diameter.

    • Complete off-site removal (no burning permitted on-site).

    Compliance & Insurance:

    • Contractor must register with our SWPPP vendor (at Developer’s cost).

    • Contractor must name the Developer as an additional insured on their policy.
