    Description

    The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a proposal response to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for a Second Floor Renovation/Restoration Project at the District's M.T. Anderson Support Center located at 100 Blassingame Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29605 in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation.

    An overview of the project consists of renovation to approximately 50,000 +/- square feet of the second floor of the District's M.T. Anderson Support Center. Renovation to include minimal demolition of existing interior, non-structural partitions; construction of new interior partitions; installation of HVAC VRF systems for newly created offices; re-work of existing electrical to accommodate updated office and workspace layouts; installation of associated finishes to work described above. Project scope also includes new fire alarm system throughout building and BDA system, if required.

    The work scope is the result of a fire. The remediation work will be fully complete and the space restored to its original condition. The second floor has been cleared for full occupancy.
