Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking qualification proposals from firms experienced in Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for the delivery of the new South County Drinking Water Facility. Project Estimate: $145,000,000.00.To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 3.6. of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
