    Background

    The Town of Mooresville is seeking CMAR service qualifications for the Main Street Public Library Renovation. The site is located at 304 S Main St, Mooresville, NC 28115 and is designated a historic preservation site.

    The Town of Mooresville in partnership with Library services would like to renovate the existing library. Mooresville's Main Library is located at 304 South Main St. Mooresville, NC. The library renovation will include a phased renovation of the interior of the library including but not limited to interior wall reconfiguration, interior finish updates, reorganization of the library collections, new check-out desk, vestibule remodel, staff work space reconfiguration and any other work as described or implied in the contract documents. The lower floor and some areas on the first floor of the library must remain operational to the public while under construction.
