Scope of Work

The primary objective of this project is to reimage, modernize, and transform the Hialeah Senior High School campus into a sustainable, 21st-century educational facility. In accordance with the campus Masterplan and Facilities List, the comprehensive scope of work includes:

· Demolition: Complete demolition, utility extraction, and full site restoration of Buildings 02, 05, 06, 07, 10, and 11, while maintaining continuous, isolated campus operations.

· New Construction: Delivery of a new Administration/Student Services wing, entry plaza, neighborhood landmark marquee, fully equipped Main Cafeteria/Kitchen, Gymnasium, four outdoor basketball courts, a central courtyard with an outdoor amphitheater, new roadways, parking areas, and a secure outer perimeter fence line.

· Renovations (Buildings 01, 03, & 04): Facade modernization for Building 01. Comprehensive structural and building systems upgrades, selective interior finishes, re-roofing, and water infiltration remediation for remaining structures, alongside site-wide playfield improvements.

· Remodeling: Conversion of Building 01's vacated kitchen into an Industrial Ed/Culinary facility, transformation of the old admin suite into a Commercial Art Lab, and build-out of Building 03 to feature an ADA-compliant ESE suite and new 2nd-floor classrooms

Responses submitted by firms not represented at the Mandatory Pre-proposal Conference will not be considered.
