Birds, bats, non-insect, non-rodent) flat fee per building or structure. • Exterior cleaning (ex. balconies, exterior building facades, patios, parking garages). This work includes power washing bird droppings and removing nests per hour. • Installing bird prevention devices including bird spikes, per lineal feet, and netting per square foot furnished and installed. Campus equipment is not available to use for these services; therefore, contractor will need to supply proper equipment for this scale of work.
