    Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Friday, March 27, 2026, by the Coastal Water Authority (CWA), located at 1801 Main Street, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77002, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
