    The vendor is responsible for delivering the fully assembled unit to HPW West Houston Center, 13211 West Houston Center Blvd, Houston, TX 77082-5705. Deliveries should occur during business hours, Monday through Friday, between 7:00a.m. and 3:30p.m. The delivery vehicle must have the necessary capabilities to offload the unit properly, and the assembled units should be positioned at the rear of the delivery truck for unloading. City personnel are prohibited from entering any vehicle that is not city property.
