This is the county¿s new location. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. Coffee County Board of Commissioners may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. The Scope of Work Includes: Patching, Leveling and Resurfacing Improvements to Various Roads. Total of 8.180 Miles. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the Coffee County Board of Commissioners in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the Coffee County Board of Commissioners. The Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days.
