Intent: The City and Borough of Juneau (City or CBJ) Bartlett Regional Hospital (BRH or Hospital) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide negotiation services and support to formulate and implement negotiation strategies and serve as an agent for BRH to result in a successful and balanced collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) which represents approximately four hundred (400) BRH staff members. Requests must be received a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the solicitation deadline. Any changes to CBJ issued documents will be in the form of an addendum to the solicitation and will be issued as promptly as possible to all plan holders.
