    Scope of Contract: Contract 10921 is for eligible purchasers to access multiple categories of commercial kitchen equipment and services. It included awards for all categories statewide for two awarded Contractors as well as an additional award by category and a reserved award by category for Bidder not otherwise awarded. This contract facilitates the supply of equipment, materials, supplies, ancillary parts, accessories, components, service and repair for new and used equipment. To meet state laws and purchasing policies, state agencies shall purchase ENERGY STAR-certified, HFC-free and mercury-free commercial food service equipment except when there are no products available that meet your needs. To assist, this contract includes commercial food equipment that are on the ENERGY STAR most efficient list as well as HFC-free and mercury-free products. Look for the green product labels when shopping the contracts! How to use this contract: 1. Review the Contractor sections below to find product, services and pricing for each Contractor. This Contract includes products that are in compliance with Washington Executive Order 20-01 State Efficiency and Environmental Performance and are identified as such on the price sheet. When making purchases consider the identified green products to support the state goals. 2.
