The qualified vendors will support high-quality, cost-effective, and timely production of various print materials (excluding apparel and promotional items). The qualification term is five (5) years. A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM . The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware. Statements of Qualifications will be received prior to 5:00 P.M. on March 27, 2026 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home . Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be read out loud as they are based on proposal criteria scoring.
