    On behalf of Clear Creek County, CCTS, Inc. invites qualified firms to be considered for General Contractor services to complete remodel work to accommodate a new emergency communications center at the Clear Creek County Courthouse in Georgetown, Colorado. The Scope of Work includes demolition/reconfiguration of existing spaces, electrical and lighting, sound attenuation, flooring, HVAC, and acoustical ceiling tile replacement. The selected contractor will coordinate work with specialty furniture and communications contractors engaged by Clear Creek County to complete the project. Bid documents will be available from CCTS via email only at e-mail beginning March 19, 2013. Please reference CLEAR CREEK COUNTY COMM CENTER PROJECT in the subject line. If your qualified firm would like to be considered for this Project, please submit three (3) copies of your bid, in the form specified in the bid documents, to Donna Gee, Assistant to the County Administrator, 405 Argentine Street/P.O. Box 2000, Georgetown, CO 80444 by 3:00 pm Tuesday April 2, 2013.
