The Department of Juvenile Services (DJS or Department) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure Contractor(s) to provide Behavioral Health Evaluations for male and female adolescent youth who are adjudicated or pre-adjudicated delinquent and/or court ordered to participate in evaluations, and who reside or housed in multiple DJS Regions throughout the State of Maryland.
