Bids submitted in any other form may be rejected. Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet. Electronic bids for the Parish of Livingston are available for submission at 1 Electronic bidder online will be charged a fee by Central Auction House. In addition, bidders shall be required to obtain a digital signature certificate prior to submitting bids online.
