ALL LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT EXCEPTION !! Mission/Overview: The Kern County Waste Management Department is requesting 600 new, 65-Gallon Compost Bins with Aeration Tools. We need to have the bins delivered by April 25, 2025, or as close to that as possible. It is the intention of the specifications contained in this bid to procure specified equipment, with the required features. The award calculation will be based on the price, ability to meet the specifications and delivery lead time will be considered. The Purchasing Agent, in his/her sole discretion, shall determine whether any equivalent items included in a Vendor's bid satisfactorily comply with the bid specifications and if additional fees for earlier delivery are in the best interest of the County. Vendors are encouraged to contact the Purchasing Agent if they have any questions about the specifications, or any products identified therein. Unless otherwise noted, if you enter pricing, you are stating that you meet all of the minimum specifications. The Specifcation, Comply/Exception portion of this Form, must be completed and returned with the response.
