Required laboratory services include, but are not limited to:
· Routine blood panels and general laboratory diagnostics
· Medication monitoring related to psychotropic medications
· Metabolic monitoring
· Hematology testing
· Endocrine screening
· Infectious disease testing
· Urine testing and urinalysis
· Toxicology screening
· Drug testing for substance use treatment programs
· Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing
· HIV and Hepatitis screening
· Tuberculosis (TB) testing
· Other laboratory diagnostics necessary to support behavioral health treatment and clinical decision‑making
Based on historical testing data, the most frequently ordered laboratory tests include:
· Complete Blood Count (CBC)
· Hemoglobin A1C testing
· Lipid panels
· Comprehensive metabolic panels (CMP)
· Thyroid testing (TSH/Free T4)
· Therapeutic drug monitoring (Lithium, Valproic Acid, Clozapine)
· Urine toxicology screening panels
· Infectious disease screening (HIV, Hepatitis)
Proposers (defined below) should demonstrate strong operational capability supporting these high-volume tests.
Integral Care seeks laboratory services that support routine testing turnaround times and offer flexibility for expedited processing when clinically indicated. Proposers should describe available stat, rapid, or other expedited testing options and associated turnaround times, if applicable
