A: This is up to the Responder, and the Responder should consider the cost benefit of services.

A: The number of youth served will be dependent on the specific services the Respondent will provide and how big or small the organization is as well as what youth would be eligible for the services and how many are referred. In the past, as few as 5 and many as 75 have been served. In addition, there is the potential to award to multiple Respondents.
