    Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified firms to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete line of Construction, Agriculutural, Landscaping Equipment and Related Products and Solutions.     Evaluation Criteria

    • Relevant Experience/Performance (41 pts)

      Evaluation of experience providing equipment and services to public agencies and any other relevant clients, capacity and stability to provide equipment and services and demonstrated understanding of the requirements of the RFP

    • Product Options/Variety/Availability and Service Capability (35 pts)

      Evaluation of equipment offering including variety of equipment and options, service capabilities including approach and options for delivery, and depth and availability of resources

    • Financial Stability (5 pts)

      Financial Stability of the top proposer(s) will be evaluated by the Finance Department in the following areas: Liquidity Ratios (1 point); Financial Leverage Ratios (2 points); Profitability Ratios (1 point); and whether an audited or reviewed Financial Statement is submitted with Proposal (1 point). A maximum of 5 points may be awarded. Proposers who receive a score of 2 points or less will be considered for award.

    • Response to the National Program (20 pts)

      Evaluation of commitment to national program including capacity, reporting and compliance

    • Cost (25 pts)

      Evaluation of the overall cost of the required services as submitted in the RFP, where applicable.  

    • National Program Readiness (10 pts)

      Evaluation of reporting, compliance and risk
