The CEI services include, but are not limited to, project administration and record keeping, providing construction inspections, monitoring, and material acceptance testing and verification. In addition, the services shall include monitoring off-site activities for asphalt paving and miscellaneous structures. Monitoring and inspecting the Contractor’s Work Zone Traffic Plan and reviewing modifications to the Work Zone Traffic Control Plan in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) procedures. A firm, or its affiliate, that is the Engineer of Record (EOR) on any of the projects listed herein shall not be considered eligible to compete as a consultant.
