    The City of Waterbury (the “City”) is seeking qualified and experienced engineering and consulting firms to provide complete Construction Engineering and Inspection services for State Project 151-338, F.A.P. 1151(124) Intersection Improvements at East Main Street and Brass Mill Drive. The City of Waterbury is performing an intersection improvement at East Main Street at Brass Mill Drive under the Local Road Accident Reduction Program. The work consists of removing and replacing a traffic signal including video detection and pre-emption with a metered electrical service, pavement reconstruction, sidewalk improvements and incidental related construction. The work is scheduled to begin in early 2026 and be completed by the end of the calendar year.
