COUNTY OF GLENN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE COUNTY ROAD 35 AT WALKER CREEK BRIDGE PROJECT The County of Glenn (County) is accepting Technical Proposals for Construction Engineering Services for the County Road 35 at Walker Creek Bridge Project. A more detailed description of the tasks required to complete this project is defined in the Request for Proposals (RFP) Submissions in response to this Request for Proposals must be received by the Glenn County Public Works Agency no later than 12:00 p.m., Thursday, December 11, 2025. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The complete RFQ package may also be requested at the Glenn County Public Works Agency (777 N. Colusa St., Willows, CA 95988), telephone at (530) 934-6530. Except for questions that might render the award of this contract invalid, the County will not respond to any questions submitted after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The County of Glenn reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in any submission.
