Consultants must have an active electronic inventory in order to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for this project. Consultants who have not yet submitted an electronic inventory for the selection process must first register in the CSSWeb application https://www.dot.ny.gov/main/business-center/consultants/css-web. Compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Law: Under the requirements of the State Procurement Act, communications regarding the advertised project / procurement may only occur through the Designated Contacts.
