(Qualifications-Based Selection for architectural and engineering services).By utilizing a PDBOM project delivery approach, the District expects to securesubstantial public benefits. These benefits include having a single point of Projectaccountability; optimal risk allocation; cost savings; collaborative design development; incentives and enforcement capacity for high performance and efficiency gain; expedited project design and construction scheduling; lower life-cycle costs; and predictable long- term operation and maintenance costs.
