    Description

    Skagit Transit is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Skagit Transit Maintenance, Operations and Administrative Campus Conversion Project (Solicitation No. 26-009). The Project involves the phased renovation and adaptive reuse of an approximately 70,000-square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art maintenance, operations, and administrative campus, including interior build-out and site development with ground-up construction. This is a Qualifications-Based Selection procurement conducted in accordance with 49 U.S.C. § 5325(b) and the Brooks Act, RCW 39.80. The Project is funded in whole or in part with Federal Transit Administration grant funds, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements apply. Price shall not be considered as an evaluation factor.

    SOQs are due by May 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT. A non-mandatory virtual pre-submittal conference will be held on April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT. All questions must be submitted in writing through the Beacon Bid solicitation portal.
