    The City of Burbank is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Construction Management, Inspection Services and Material/Acceptance Testing for Bid Schedule 1539 - San Fernando Bikeway Project.The Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of construction, observation, and inspection to ensure Contractor delivers the project as specified in the project plans, specifications and permits. The Consultant is expected to observe, verify, and review project construction work and report Contractor activities to the City’s Engineer. The Consultant shall also provide a part-time Consultant Resident Engineer to identify changes in work activities, approve of alternate methods of construction, issue field orders, draft change orders, and file project records.
