(“Owner”) invites qualified Construction Management firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to provide Construction Management Services for the development of the 5/14 Living Memorial and Healing Center located at: Project Address: 1034 Jefferson Ave, Buffalo, NY 14208 The Owner has retained Alligood Song Architecture PLLC as Architect/Engineer for the project. The RFQ seeks firms with demonstrated experience delivering complex civic, cultural, memorial, and community-centered facilities of similar scale and sensitivity. 2. Project Overview The anticipated scope of the project includes, but is not limited to: Construction of a memorial and healing center facility Interior and exterior commemorative spaces Community programming, wellness, and educational areas Site development, landscaping, and public gathering areas Supporting infrastructure and building systems Implementation of cost-saving measures and a typical value engineering process to enhance project efficiency and reduce overall expenses without compromising quality.
