The awarded firm(s) will provide Construction Management at Risk Services for various construction projects in which the estimated construction cost of each individual project shall not exceed $3 million, on an as needed basis as determined by the City Manager or designee, Director of Capital Improvements and City Engineer. Services shall also include, but not be limited to: a. Assisting the engineer of record in scope of the work, selection of material, selection of equipment, and value engineering. b. Determining with the owner the maximum cost of each project. c. Determining with the owner the schedule of each project. d.
