The primary purpose of this RFQ is to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor for Construction Manager-At-Risk services to create new space(s) and/or repurpose existing spaces, estimated to be a total of approximately 12,000 square feet,-within the shared secured perimeters of Saguaro Elementary (K-5) and Casa Grande Middle School (6-8). This work is intended to support the following programs/courses currently being held in the Auditorium building, as well as create learning spaces for future programs: a. Band b. STEM c. Dance/Yoga/Color Guard (All in same room) d. Health Contingent upon the availability of funds within the established budget ($6.4M) following the fulfillment of the Primary Objective, the District may additionally address the following facility needs: a. Deficiencies related to outdoor ball fields b. Courtyard area enhancements c.
