    The City is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced and qualified firms to provide the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to construct a permanent District Fire Station #310 (FS310) located along Deer Valley Road and 185th Ave in Surprise, AZ.

    The selected firm will be engaged early in the process to provide cost estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, scheduling, and risk mitigation support during design, and will later assume responsibility for construction under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).

    The total estimated GMP is approximately $19 million dollars. This budget is inclusive of ALL project costs, including design, construction, permit fees, impact fees, furniture, fixtures and equipment, apparatus, information technology, security, etc.
