The project includes reroofing and comprehensive upgrades to aging HVAC and electrical systems at the Programming Building that are beyond their useful life and are experiencing performance and reliability deficiencies. These improvements are intended to enhance indoor environmental quality, energy efficiency, and overall system reliability, while addressing critical ventilation, heating, and cooling needs within the facility.
