    The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Administration & Information (Procuring Agency) and the Wyoming State Construction Department, Construction Management Division (Fiscal Control Agency) will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on May 8, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for Idelman and Kendrick Buildings with Associated Carriage Houses Exterior Renovation and Repair Project located in Cheyenne, WY. Project Description: This project addresses preservation and restoration of the Idelman and Kendrick Buildings and associated carriage houses, with a primary focus on the repair and replacement of existing exterior systems and structural elements to extend service life and maintain the historic integrity of the facilities. The core scope of work consists of major maintenance activities, including cleaning, restoration and tuckpointing of brick and masonry; replacement of roofing systems, including tile, membrane, flashing, and trim; and insurance claim-related roof repair or replacement where damage has occurred; restoration and in-kind replacement of windows; restoration of exterior wood trim and architectural details; and structural stabilization of foundations and load-bearing walls. Work may also include limited interior repairs incidental to exterior envelope restoration, as well as ADA and life-safety corrections where necessary to maintain compliance.
