    The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Administration and Information (Procuring Agency), will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on April 7, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for the Wyoming Liquor Warehouse Exterior Renovation and Mechanical Replacement project located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of exterior renovation and mechanical replacement of the existing Liquor Warehouse Building in Cheyenne, WY. The project would include installation of insulation and metal panels on the exterior building including the roof, replacement / upgrading the existing ground mounted mechanical units, replacement and re-grading of the existing concrete loading dock, replacement of the existing dock seals, replacement of the existing storm water drainage in and around the loading dock to prevent standing water, and minor interior renovations for ADA and security purposes. Also included will be the replacement of the existing office building roof and associated sheet metal flashings that were damaged by a hail storm. Questions must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. MT on March 25, 2026.
