Project Description: This project will consist of exterior renovation and mechanical replacement of the existing Liquor Warehouse Building in Cheyenne, WY. The project would include installation of insulation and metal panels on the exterior building including the roof, replacement / upgrading the existing ground mounted mechanical units, replacement and re-grading of the existing concrete loading dock, replacement of the existing dock seals, replacement of the existing storm water drainage in and around the loading dock to prevent standing water, and minor interior renovations for ADA and security purposes. Also included will be the replacement of the existing office building roof and associated sheet metal flashings that were damaged by a hail storm.
