The selected CMAR is to assist the City and its selected architectural team with the completion of the design process, materials/systems evaluation and selection, construction documents, cost estimating, project scheduling, subcontractor bidding, construction, and project closeout. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued.
