Any bid received after the due date and time specified will not be considered. Any uncertainty regarding when a bid is accepted will be resolved against the Bidder. Bidder must be registered on the City’s eBid System in order to view the solicitation documents and respond to this ITB. The solicitation documents can be downloaded from the eBid System as a PDF at: https://pompanobeachfl.ionwave.net. The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Bidder receives from any source other than the eBid System. Bidder is solely responsible for downloading all required documents. A list of Bidders will be read aloud in a public forum. To attend the virtual public meeting, go to https://pompanobeachfl.gov/pages/meetings to find the Zoom link. All questions regarding this ITB will be submitted using the Questions feature in the eBid System. Questions must be received at least ten (10) calendar days before the scheduled ITB opening. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Addendum/Addenda will be posted to this ITB in the eBid System, and it is the Proposer's responsibility to obtain all addenda before submitting a response to this ITB. A Pre-Bidders Conference will be held on 7/22/2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Annie Adderley Gillis Park, 601 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. The Walk-through will take place immediately after the pre-bidders conference ends. The pre-bidders conference will provide an opportunity to discuss project specifications and address any questions. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all prospective bidders, but it is not mandatory for submitting bids.
