Bids addressed to Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 153 will be received electronically until 10:00 a.m., April 21, 2026, and then publicly opened and read for furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of “Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities in Two Step Farm Section 12 and Two Step Farm Section 13 for Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 153 in Montgomery County, Texas.”

 

The bids will only be received electronically through CivcastUSA. The electronic bids will be publicly opened and read on the conference call. Bids will not be accepted by email.

The project is located within western Montgomery County and is part of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 153. Its location is bounded just north of Corolla Road, east of Superior Road, and south of Grand Lake Estates Drive. The project site is in Montgomery County, Key Map 184-V, 184-Y, 184-Z, and 185-S.

 

For construction contracts over $50,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount.  Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner.

ATTENTION: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, you must be able to provide Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 153 (the “District”) with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the District’s inability to execute the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.  No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open.
