The Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District (County Fire) desires to retain the services of Construction Project Management Services firm(s) to provide professional Construction Project Management and Related Professional Services. The main purpose of this solicitation is to identify and contract with responsible firm(s) that may receive future requests for specific projects and services on an as-needed basis for renovation, replacement, and/or new construction of fire station facility and District projects in the following areas. If an award is made, it is County Fire’s intent, in its sole discretion, to award an agreement with a maximum contract limit (MCL) not to exceed three million dollars ($3,000,000) for a term of up to five (5) years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended.
