    Binghamton University requests your consideration for Construction-Related Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements for 2026-2029. The Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements shall be for a three-year (3) term. The maximum cumulative value of consulting services for each agreement will be $3,500,000 and the single project consultant fee limit under each Agreement will be $500,000. There will be three (3) to six (6) consultants awarded Agreements under this RFQ. No value of is implied or guaranteed to any consultant awarded this contract, but a sample listing of anticipated projects under this Agreement has been attached to the RFQ for your use. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday January 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University's website for parking instructions. Interested firms must request an RFQ from rtalcott@binghamton.edu. Submissions will be electronic. Submissions will be rated on Personnel Qualifications & Experience, Previous Experience with work specific to project scope, Approach & Capability, MWBE Utilization and References.
