    Description

    The State University of New York requests your consideration for Construction-Related Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements for 2026-2029. The Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements shall be a three-year (3) term. The maximum cumulative value of consulting services for each Agreement will be $3,500,000 and the single project consultant fee limit under each Agreement will be $500,000. There will be three (3) - six (6) consultants awarded Agreements under this RFQ. No value of work is implied or guaranteed to any consultant awarded this contract, but Attachment 2: List of Anticipated Project Scopes and Features and Attachment 3: Sustainable Campus Contexts, Standards, and Systems is enclosed for reference in responding to this Request for Qualifications. Responses to this RFQ must be received by SUNY ESF Facilities Planning, Design and Construction on or before 4 p.m. EST on Thursday May 28, 2026.
