A mandatory job site walkthrough will take place at 1:00 PM on January 9, 2026, at 2434 & 2446 Buena Vista, Detroit, MI. Bids will not be considered from firms who do not attend the mandatory virtual prebid meeting and mandatory jobsite walkthrough. Firms must be in attendance at BOTH events in order to be considered. Important Notes: Bidders should download and review all bid documents from the BidNet website. Documents from other sources are not authorized and may be incomplete. Only firms meeting the minimum requirements stated in the RFQQ will be considered.
