The Proposal Form consists of (a) the "Jurat" and "Itemized Proposal" identified in Proposal Book 1 under Contractor's Bid Package Contents, or (b) comparably identified forms printed from AASHTOWare Project Bids. No other proposal form will be accepted when submitting a hard copy proposal / paper-bid. Bids that do not meet these requirements will be rejected. Public bid openings begin at 11:15 A.M. on the date bids are due and can be attended in person at 50 Wolf Rd or virtually at https://www.dot.ny.gov/webcast.
