    CITY OF BELLINGHAM 41B-2026 Consultant On-Call Parks-RFQ NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide architectural/engineering/surveying/environmental and other support services necessary and as described in the RFQ. This project will involve multiple areas of expertise not limited to those mentioned above. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this RFQ by submitting their Statement of Qualification (SOQ) documents on the City of Bellingham website at https://cob.procureware.com/. Questions can be addressed to the Purchasing Office at the above address or by email Bids@cob.org Plans, specifications, special provisions, basis to be used in comparing bids, proposal and contract can be viewed at the City of Bellingham website (https://cob.procureware.com/) or seen at the Purchasing Office, 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, Washington, 98225, phone (360) 778-7750. The Purchasing Office must receive the electronic submittals no later than 11:00 AM on July 29, 2026. The sealed electronic submittals will be opened after the 11:00 AM deadline. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all submittals or parts of submittals as may be in the best interest of the City. All prospective consultants are advised any federally funded project work will be held to federal EEO requirements. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The area of work is in Bellingham, Washington State. A pre-submittal meeting is not planned for this RFQ.
